CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICES

A £50 deposit will be required to book an appointment and will be applied to the cost of the procedure(s).

All deposits are non-refundable if less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling is not given. We offer one courtesy reschedule after which the deposit fee will need to be paid again to secure another appointment. This policy enables us to schedule another guest and, in turn, maintains a higher availability for you as well as others.

Please respect our time and our clients time. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please, let us know and we will let you know if we can accommodate you. In the event we cannot, you will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. If less than a 24 hour notice is given or if an appointment is a “no show” then a 50% of the procedure price must be prepaid in order to reschedule the appointment. 

Absolutely NO children, including infants in carriers, may be present at the appointment. If you bring a child with you, you will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required before we will re-schedule.
